⭐ 1) Scope of Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") of RINAGYM Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods concluded between a consumer or a business entity (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the Seller regarding the goods displayed in the Seller’s online store. The inclusion of the Customer’s own terms and conditions is expressly excluded unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 A consumer as defined in these T&Cs is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

1.3 A business entity as defined in these T&Cs is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the execution of its trade, business, or professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

⭐ 2) Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The product descriptions in the Seller’s online store do not constitute binding offers on the part of the Seller but are intended to enable the Customer to submit a binding offer.

2.2 The Customer can submit their offer using the online order form integrated into the Seller's online store. After placing the selected goods in the virtual shopping cart and completing the electronic ordering process, the Customer submits a legally binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process. The Customer can also submit the offer to the Seller via email.

2.3 The Seller can accept the Customer's offer within five days by:

  • Sending the Customer a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (email), in which case the receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer is decisive.
  • Delivering the ordered goods to the Customer, in which case the receipt of the goods by the Customer is decisive.
  • Requesting payment from the Customer after placing the order.

2.4 When selecting a payment method offered via PayPal or Amazon Pay, terms of these platforms apply.

⭐ 8) Returns and Claims for U.S. Customers

8.1 For customers purchasing from the United States, in the event that a product is delivered damaged or incomplete, the Seller is committed to resolving the issue promptly by:

  • Offering a discount to compensate for the inconvenience.
  • Sending the necessary replacement parts required to complete or repair the product.

8.2 Customers must report any issues within 14 days of delivery, providing:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or missing components.

8.3 The Seller aims to resolve claims within 10 business days of receiving the report.

8.4 Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.
