Products & Safety


Q1. Are Rinagym products suitable for children?

Yes. Rinagym products are suitable for children aged 3 and older when used under continuous adult supervision.



All equipment is developed in accordance with EN 913, the European safety standard for gymnastic apparatus. Materials are selected for durability and long-term safety during active use.



Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the equipment.


Q2. Can I customize a product?

At this time, Rinagym does not offer standard product customization through the website.



However, we are open to discussing special requirements. If you have a specific need — such as a particular size, color, or configuration — please contact us directly at rinagym.com@gmail.com and we will do our best to find a solution.


Q3. Can I place an order as a business?

Yes. We welcome business and wholesale orders.



We can provide:

Shipping & Delivery


Q4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Exact costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.



Estimated shipping costs:

  • Shipping is free for all orders.

    However, if you refuse delivery without a valid reason, a shipping fee of approximately $100 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.



Estimated delivery times to the United States:

  • Standard delivery: 2-7 business days from the date of shipment

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and customs processing



🚚 All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. U.S. orders are shipped

internationally and may be subject to customs review. Orders with a declared

value under $800 USD are typically exempt from U.S. import duties (de minimis rule).



Q5. Can I pick up my order in person?

No. At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners and shipped directly to your delivery address.



Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional costs.


Q6. Do you offer product assembly?

All Rinagym products come with detailed, illustrated assembly instructions for self-assembly.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
